Enrollment process:
Enrolling your child in the Free Little School program is simple and straightforward.
Everything begins on the “Fees” page, where you choose the program that best suits your child’s age and the level of support you desire.
Our enrollment process includes two types of fees:

Enrollment Fee: A fixed, non-refundable fee of 350 €, $419, which secures your child’s place and covers onboarding, initial assessment, and access to essential resources.

Tuition Fees: These vary depending on your child’s age group and the chosen payment plan (annual or monthly).
You may choose to:

Pay annually and enjoy one month free

Or opt for 12 monthly installments.
Both options give full access to our enriched and innovative learning experience, tailored to prepare your child for the world of tomorrow.
What do the enrollment fees cover?
Our enrollment fees are designed to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience from the very first step. They include:

Administrative processing: Management of your child’s file, registration of your information, creation of your child’s learning workspace and your personal parent portal.

Placement reservation: Confirmation and secure allocation of a place for your child in our program.

Initial assessment and report: A comprehensive evaluation of your child’s current level, followed by a detailed report and personalized feedback highlighting strengths and areas for development.

Personalized onboarding: A warm welcome, customized orientation, and the setup of your child’s individualized learning path.

Access to initial resources: Everything needed to get started successfully: learning materials, digital tools, and access to our dedicated communication platform.

Before proceeding with enrollment, you can benefit from a personalized phone consultation.
This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions, better understand our program, and discuss your child’s specific needs. Please feel free to schedule this appointment.
Detailed steps of the enrollment process:
Step 1
Program selection and enrollment
Families select the program that best matches their child’s age and the desired level of support on the “Fees” page.
They then choose a payment option:

A one-time payment (with one month free), or
-
12 monthly installments.
Confirmation and receipt of enrollment package
Once enrollment is confirmed, families receive a confirmation email along with the enrollment package to complete.
Initial contact from our team
Upon receiving the enrollment, a member of the Free Little School team contacts the family to schedule a phone or video call, based on availability.
This meeting provides an opportunity to get to know each other, address any questions, and learn more about your child.
A date for the academic assessment is then scheduled.
Student assessment
An initial assessment is conducted to better understand the student’s level and learning profile. This includes:

Academic tests (reading, math, writing, etc.)

An evaluation of transversal skills such as curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving

An informal conversation (for older children) or playful activities (for younger ones) to explore interests and learning style
Assessment review meeting
Following the assessment, a second online meeting is scheduled to:

Share the evaluation results

Discuss the family’s expectations

Explain how the school will support the child through a tailored learning path
Start of personalized onboarding
One week before the official start date, the student begins a preparatory phase, which includes:

Assignment of a dedicated learning mentor
